This article mentions the lack of Lamar football fan support in 1989 and a season low attendance of  Grin 3,200 despite the appeal  to show up.  If Caleb Harmon is the starting RB for the Cardinals there will probably be that many or more PN-G fans at Lamar games.

Great idea creating a college sports section and school specific boards.  It will be easier to keep up with LU specific news.

I hope we see many Indians become Cardinals in the years to come.  PN-G has some talent ... we've got good, hard working kids that will go 100 mph and play with heart, enthusiasm, and pride.  LU could use some of that.

Go Indians.  Peace.

McLin, Harmon and Tatum lead the way.  Hoping all 3 get a lot of playing time.

I have made about 10 practices and Harmon, Tatum, McGlin and now Shetley have been getting quite a few reps. Tatum 2nd on deoth chart, McGlin 2nd on depth chart but could start or get a lot of playing time. 8 running backs and I'd say Caleb is 4th or 5th right now but getting more and more reps. Shetley just started a few days ago and is getting reps.

Around 26 area guys and about 32 with JC or other college experince. Our guys will have to pay their dues and work there way up, remember some of the other guys have been there 1 to 2 years and the ones with college game time will play first.

If not this year I would almost guarantee by next year all four will see a lot of time. Go watch, practice is usually 6:30 till dark every day depending on weather. The coaches like seeing people there and you can get right on the field (practice field) with them.
