shovelhead was right - it was a balk.  It has been a great ride.  I want to thank our boys for the last few weeks.  Also I was proud of the way they played, the way they won and the way they lost.  Friendswood has some players that were very unsportsmanlike in victory.  Of course not all of their players were unsportsmanlike but sometimes it only takes a few to taint the whole team.  I wouldn't trade our boys' season for anything.  Thanks again guys!

I would like the thank the players, the coaches and the fans for a wonderful ride.  PNG's players NEVER give up.  You have given us memories of a special season.

Some pics of those memories.

Excellent season!  They represented well.
For a team that lost their senior pitcher and didn't even win their district, they should be very proud of themselves.  They played Indian baseball like the way Indian football is played--they never gave up and their manners and sportsmanship were obvious. They have plenty of memories and lots of reasons to hold their heads up high! Congratulations on your wonderful year. Y'all made being a Purple Fan a pleasure.
